Utilizing the natural work unit of people
who work together, continuous process improvement teams are formed. These teams, led by a team leader (work
unit manager), meet for an average of 30-45 minutes per week. The team is focused on improving the processes
within their area (see Credit Union Processes for examples), and turning members into promoters of the credit union. The teams are ongoing with no scheduled end-point.
Schoenherr Consulting will provide Quality Awareness training, team leader training, key performance measurements and
a reward and recognition program.
