Continuous Process Improvement

  • Quality Coordinator.  The Quality Coordinator administers the Quality process.

  • Administer the Reward and Recognition Program in conjunction with Quality Teams.  Track points and post overall results.  Obtain and distribute rewards.
  • Certify team ideas.  Ensure that the team's ideas are responsible, practical, process-related, and pertain to the team’s area and/or functions.
  • Administer the survey program for each team.  Develop the survey in conjunction with the team.  Mail, record responses and distribute results to the team.
  • Administer the Key Performance Matrix measurements.  Gather results from the Team Guide, validate and distribute results.
  • Maintain the overall schedule of Team meetings and copies of the team minutes.
  • Trains future team leaders.
  • Facilitates workshops.

  • Measurement.   Each team has a set of measurements that create the Key Performance Matrix.  The areas of measurement include:

o   Member delight - Net Promoter® Score

o   Timeliness

o   Accuracy

o   Productivity

o   Cost

  • Reward & Recognition.  Credit union teams are recognized and rewarded for improvement ideas and achieving quality measurements.  Team members may receive gifts, prizes, gift cards and food for reaching various levels of achievement.
